Dessert!!!

Tonight after dinner we decided to drive 30 minutes across town to the bakery I got Macey's birthday cake from last year. The drive was well work it! Macey enjoyed an Oreo cupcake, Christian had cheesecake, and I had a slice of Red Velvet (my favorite)! We've been trying to eat healthy and cut out our sweet intake, so it was nice to have a treat!

Weekend at the beach

We just got back this evening from the beach!!! We enjoyed our time at the beach and was sad to leave! I took a few pictures with my phone, but didn't take one picture with my camera.

Macey loves the pool!!!

Everytime we drive by our neighborhood pool she asks to go. I can't get anything out at the house pool related or she wants to go to the pool! She has done so well this summer with the water! She loves to jump in and had to share this cute video of her. She has zero fear of the water. She fights us now because she doesn't want us holding her. Little Miss Independent!

Today is my Friday and Macey and I are headed to the beach this afternoon with my family!!!

Poor Daddy has to stay home and work, but we will miss him.

Disney

We went to Disney a couple months ago, but I still want to write about it for my reference!

This was Macey's second time going and she loved it! I can't wait to take her back again.

We take this same picture every time we go to Disney, but it never gets old! 

I wish Macey was looking and smiling at the camera, but oh well!

It will be fun to look back at how we change we each time we go.

Here we are about to get on Macey's first ride, Peter Pan! I don't think she really knew what to think, but she went with the flow. We were able to take her on several of the rides, but the ride It's a Small World was by far her favorite. She would dance and clap her hands the whole time! We were lucky and the lines weren't too long, so we were able to ride it multiple times!

Macey loved the parades!

This one above was at Animal Kingdom and she waved and danced the entire parade! So cute!

She loved all the characters from a distance, but when we got close she wanted nothing to do with it!! 

We had such a fun time at Disney and Macey did great!!!

Oh where does the time go?!? That trip seems just like last week and now my baby is almost 2!

Dance, Dance, Dance

Macey loves to dance!!! If she hear's music she starts moving and it is just so cute! I had to share these cute videos of her showing off her moves!

I've signed her up for 2 year old dance class starting in September! I know she is going to love it!

Where to begin!?!

It has been a sweet forever since I've blogged! I've been planning on getting back to blogging, but I feel like we have been on the go constantly since April when I last blogged.

I have no clue where to begin, so I thought I would just share a few pictures from our summer!

We have been to Disney!!!

Macey loved it! 

We have had a lot of family time!

We've been to Wilmington twice! One of my favorite places to visit here in NC! 

We went starwberry pickin'! 

We have been fortunate to get to go to the beach several times this summer! It also helps that we only live 3 1/2 hours from the beach! 

Macey is LOVES the beach!!! 

We leave again this Wednesday for a long weekend at the beach!

This is will probably be our last beach trip for the summer :(

I will probably do a seperate post about our Disney trip and our week long family vacation, but other than that I think I'm just going to start from fresh and not stress on trying to catch up!

Here is to me tring to keep up with blogging! I hate that I haven't been better about it, because Macey is changing so much and I want to remember everything!
